The Workplace Charter on Domestic Abuse provides specialist training and accreditation, empowering people and workplaces to recognise and respond to domestic abuse.

Equipping organisations to promote a culture of dignity and respect, and address domestic abuse, misogyny and violence against women and girls.

Together we are creating a supportive workplace culture for anyone experiencing domestic abuse.

With zero-tolerance to domestic abuse in all its forms - and one committed to ending violence against women and girls.

By registering with the Workplace Charter on Domestic Abuse, your organisation takes a vital first step toward creating a safe, respectful environment for everyone.

This framework is designed to help you actively address misogyny, domestic abuse and violence against women and girls at a pace that suits your workplace. There are no rigid deadlines, your team can progress toward the formal Charter Mark whenever you are ready.

We support organisations to progress through the following framework:

Step 2

Step 3

Step 4
Staff Training

Deliver the 1-hour 'Empowering People' module to at least 80% of your staff so that everyone understands the message.

Step 5

Alongside this journey, we provide continuous access to an ongoing information and support line for staff who may need advice, as well as for managers, workplace champions, or HR teams responding to disclosures.
